The presentation will address the advancements promoted by the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock in the digitalization of processes and services, highlighting how these initiatives contribute to greater agility, integration, and transparency in the relationship between the productive sector and public authorities.
To 3 p.m., Carolina Coutinho, yes Ecotrace Solutions, will present the lecture “Use of Artificial Intelligence and Computer Vision in Carcass Classification”, showing how algorithms and intelligent systems are being applied to increase the accuracy of evaluations, reduce losses, and standardize industrial processes. The use of these technologies represents one of the main modernization movements in the processing of animal proteins.
Closing the panel, at 3:30 PM, Luiz Ugeda, yes SPLAW – Spiewak, will lead the lecture “Data Management in Animal Production”, highlighting the importance of integrating information throughout the production chain. The presentation will address how the strategic use of data can support faster decisions, improve production indicators, and strengthen operational management, from the field to the industry.
