Technology and innovation take center stage at SIAVS 2026 with expanded presence of equipment companies

New additions to the largest animal protein sector event reinforce opportunities for visitors

São Paulo, April 15, 2026 – The technological evolution of the animal protein chain will be at the center of the International Animal Protein Show (SIAVS 2026), the largest event in the country's sectors, which will take place from August 4th to 6th at the Anhembi District, in São Paulo (SP).

The SIAVS 2026 will strengthen its position as the sector's leading innovation showcase by bringing together an expanded number of companies providing equipment, industrial solutions, and technologies applied to food production and processing. This event will concentrate, in a single environment, solutions that cover all stages of the production chain, from primary production to industry.

With the participation of dozens of companies specializing in equipment from agriculture to agribusiness, the SIAVS will present technologies aimed at increasing efficiency, process control, sanitary security, and sustainability to the public. The exhibitor profile includes national and multinational manufacturers, digital technology developers, and industrial solution integrators, reflecting the consistent advancement of automation and digitalization in the sector.

Among the highlights are industrial automation systems, more energy-efficient equipment, equipment for farms and slaughterhouse processing, solutions based on artificial intelligence and computer vision, technologies focused on biosecurity, as well as traceability tools and real-time data management. The set of solutions highlights a production chain increasingly driven by data, operational precision, and high quality standards.

The presence of these companies reinforces SIAVS as a convergence point between industry, technology, and production, connecting suppliers to agribusinesses, cooperatives, and producers seeking greater competitiveness in the global market.

The largest edition in the event's history, SIAVS 2026 will occupy an area of 45,000 square meters — a 50% increase compared to the previous edition. The expectation is to bring together hundreds of exhibiting companies and visitors from over 60 countries, consolidating the event among the main global animal protein gatherings.
