She is a PhD candidate in Business Administration at the University of São Paulo (FEA/USP), focusing her research on ESG in Agroindustrial Systems. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on International Management from ESPM São Paulo. She works as a university lecturer at FECAP, FIA Business School, and ESPM.
