He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Universidade Paulista (UNIP) and has specializations in International Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and in Government Relations from Insper. In January 2023, he was appointed Secretary of Trade and International Relations at MAPA.
