Luís Gustavo Corbellini holds a postdoctoral degree in microbial risk assessment from the Technical University of Denmark. A former professor at UFRGS and author of over 100 scientific articles, he is currently the CEO of Corb Science Solutions, specializing in risk management for the food chain.
