He holds a degree in Veterinary Medicine from UFV (2006), a Master’s degree with emphasis on Animal Pathology from UFMG (2009), and a PhD in Veterinary Medicine with emphasis on Infectious Diseases from the University of Minnesota, USA (2013). He is an Associate Professor at the University of Minnesota.
