Researcher and former General Head of Embrapa Swine and Poultry in Concórdia, Santa Catarina. He is an Agricultural Engineer with a PhD in Agricultural Economics from the University of Oxford, England. He also completed training in Agricultural Research Management at the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
