Latin American Producer Project creates opportunities for countries in the region

Producers from the poultry, swine and cattle sectors across Latin America will benefit from a special program held during the International Animal Protein Show (SIAVS), one of the leading events in the animal protein chain in Latin America, taking place from August 6 to 8 in São Paulo, Brazil.

Named the Latin American Producer Project, the initiative will offer a fully free program specially designed for producers and technicians from countries in the region, with simultaneous translation into English and Spanish.

The program includes seminars and special lectures covering current topics such as response strategies for Avian Influenza and African Swine Fever, best practices in antimicrobial use, animal welfare, nutrition, water quality, technology and innovation, among others.

At the same time, according to the Brazilian Animal Protein Association (ABPA), the entity that organizes the event, the largest trade show of production chains in Brazil will present international visitors with new technologies for poultry, swine, egg and cattle production, including innovations in equipment, nutrition, animal health, genetics, farm infrastructure, energy solutions and more.

“SIAVS is a complete opportunity for producers who seek technical development and want to invest in their own productivity. There are hundreds of exhibitors presenting the most advanced solutions with the best cost benefit for those looking to improve,” highlights Ricardo Santin, President of ABPA.
