Throughout the three days of the event, the <strong>SIAVS Talks<\/strong> will bring together leading companies in the animal protein chain for an exclusive program of technical lectures, technology demonstrations, and the presentation of solutions aimed at the main challenges of food production and processing.<\/p>\n<p>Held in <strong>Booth 359 (New Fair Area)<\/strong>, the space was designed to bring visitors closer to the innovations developed by the industry. In a dynamic format, with 30 to 60-minute presentations, SIAVS Talks will bring together national experts to discuss automation, artificial intelligence, biosecurity, microbiology, animal nutrition, energy efficiency, processing, animal welfare, data management, and new technologies applied to the production chain.<\/p>\n<p>All presentations are free for accredited visitors and take place within the fair, allowing industry professionals, producers, researchers, veterinarians, technicians, and students to access highly relevant technical content without leaving the business environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Programming - August 4 (Tuesday)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The first day's program will be dedicated to technologies focused on industrial hygiene, data integration, microbiology, and biosecurity.<\/p>\n<p>To <strong>2:30 PM<\/strong>, <strong>Alexandre Ito<\/strong>, yes <strong>Ecolab<\/strong>, open SIAVS Talks with the presentation <strong>\u201cHybrid \u2013 Innovative Automated Cleaning System Applied in Refrigeration Plants\u201d<\/strong>, presenting an innovative application equipment and automation system for foam sanitization.<\/p>\n<p>Next, at <strong>3 p.m.<\/strong>, <strong>Mariane Mengarda Acordi<\/strong>, yes <strong>Speria MTech Systems<\/strong>, will talk about <strong>\u201cDemystifying Data Integration: The Path to Production Efficiency\u201d<\/strong>, addressing ways to connect data, processes, and teams to transform information into more efficient decisions.<\/p>\n<p>To <strong>4 PM<\/strong>, <strong>Gabriela Vicelli<\/strong>, yes <strong>Neogen<\/strong>, will present <strong>\u201cMicrotally -
