The event is scheduled for August 6 to 8 at Distrito Anhembi in S\u00e3o Paulo, Brazil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Focused on innovation in egg production, this year\u2019s edition of the symposium will provide an overview of egg production at regional levels, starting with Brazil, moving through Latin America and reaching a global perspective.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trends in the poultry market and regulatory issues related to the egg-laying sector will also be addressed in the program, which will feature Ant\u00f4nio Carlos Paraguassu (Hy Line, USA), Juliana Ferraz (CEPEA, S\u00e3o Paulo), Javier Prida (ILH ALA CAPIA, Argentina), Juliana Satie (MAPA, Federal District) and Ot\u00e1vio Ceschi J\u00fanior, host of Canal Terra Viva and moderator of the event since its first edition.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The symposium is held with technical coordination by Instituto Ovos Brasil (IOB). According to IOB Director Tabatha Lacerda, this year\u2019s edition will focus on the market structure of the production chain and on driving innovation in production and consumption.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cWe brought together specialists from different backgrounds to provide a broad view and a rich debate on what to expect from the egg market in the coming years. It will be an interesting opportunity not only from a market perspective, but also from a regulatory standpoint, since every technical advance depends on approval from public authorities,\u201d she explains.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The symposium is scheduled for the first day of SIAVS.
