Among the highlights listed from their experiences on their properties and businesses are the balance between environmental sustainability and economic longevity. According to Chris Morais, investment in research, science, and entrepreneurship has increased their production capacity by more than 600%.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Simple, practical, and sustainable everyday tips were also mentioned, such as the use and production of biogas, sustainable pastures, reuse of scrap iron, and other points that directly impacted the increase in carcass weight. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Despite the systemic and differentiated outlook of women in agriculture, the guests reaffirmed the difficulty in joining forces and reaching women in agribusiness.
