August 4 to 6, 2026 Brazil | São Paulo | Distrito Anhembi – Av. Olavo Fontoura, 1209
Submissions are now open for the SIAVS 2026 lecture program.

Registration is now open for participation in the lecture program of the International Animal Protein Fair (SIAVS), the largest event for Brazil's animal protein production chains, which will be held from August 4th to 6th at the Anhembi District in São Paulo (SP).

The program will bring together national and international experts in a comprehensive agenda of content focused on the main challenges and trends in animal proteins, as well as strategic cross-cutting themes for production.

Among the highlights of the agenda are panels on health and biosecurity, with a focus on disease prevention and control; sustainability and ESG, including productive efficiency, animal welfare, and reduction of environmental impacts; innovation and technology, with applications in automation, digitalization, and data intelligence; animal nutrition and inputs, with cost and efficiency analyses; as well as discussions on market and international trade, geopolitics, market access, and food security.

The program was structured to offer high-level technical content with practical applicability for producers, agribusinesses, and professionals in the production chain.

Organized by the Brazilian Association of Animal Protein (ABPA), the event brings together thousands of visitors from all regions of Brazil and abroad, including political leaders, authorities, international buyers, opinion leaders, and professionals from the entire production chain.

The new edition highlights the event's internationalization. For the first time, major global leaders in industrial line equipment, such as Marel, Meyn, Foodmate, and Mayekawa, will be present, reinforcing SIAVS's innovative and technological profile.

Another highlight is the expansion of the cattle sector's participation, which tripled its presence, going from 280 square meters in 2024 to over 620 square meters in 2026, a growth of over 120%.

At the fair's highlight, over 5,000 square meters will be dedicated to the main agribusinesses in poultry, pork, beef, fish, eggs, and genetics – segments in which Brazil is a world leader in sustainable and competitive production. Alongside them, genetics companies, farm equipment, biological and pharmaceutical inputs will complete the international showcase of solutions for the entire production chain.

For the president of ABPA, Ricardo Santin, the event's growth reflects Brazil's strategic role on the global stage. “SIAVS is consolidating itself as a global space for collaboration, where knowledge, business, and cooperation meet. It is in this environment that Brazil reaffirms its role as a benchmark in food security and as a reliable and strategic partner for the future of animal protein,” he highlights.

In parallel with the trade fair, the SIAVS technical program consolidates itself as one of the sector's main content forums, integrating knowledge, innovation, and strategic vision in a high-level environment.
