FriGol takes part in SIAVS 2024, focusing on domestic and international market clients

Company highlights its full product portfolio and the FriGol Complete Butcher Shop project

FriGol, one of Brazil’s leading and most traditional beef processors, will participate in SIAVS (International Animal Protein Exhibition), which brings together the main players of the animal protein sector in an event held from August 6 to 8, at Distrito Anhembi, in São Paulo. FriGol will have a booth in the Brazilian Beef area, organized by the Brazilian Association of Meat Exporting Industries (ABIEC). This is the first time the exhibition, a benchmark in the protein sector, also includes the beef segment.

As a traditional company with a strong presence in the Brazilian market and an increasingly export-oriented profile, FriGol sees SIAVS as an opportunity to strengthen relationships with both domestic and international clients expected to attend the event.

At the FriGol booth, visitors will be welcomed by the company’s commercial team and will be able to explore its complete product portfolio, developed to meet the needs of both domestic and international markets, with standardized products and cuts that respect the specific consumption habits of each country.

For the domestic market, the company operates seven different product brands. In addition to the traditional FriGol meat line, the portfolio includes FriGol Chef Churrasco, with special cuts ready for grilling; FriGol Angus, a line certified by the Brazilian Angus Association; FriGol Chef Pork, with seasoned products; FriGol Chef Lamb; BBQ Secrets, a premium brand sold mainly in butcher boutiques and restaurants; and FriGol Complete Butcher Shop.

The FriGol Complete Butcher Shop project currently includes 53 stores in partnership with supermarket chains in the state of São Paulo. It is a personalized advisory service for retailers, helping them optimize product display and improve customer service. Its main pillars are waste reduction, fresher and more tender meat, and increased sales volume across all protein categories, with strict quality and safety standards to ensure products reach consumers in optimal condition. All partner stores feature customized layouts and technical services provided by the company. In addition, more than 2,000 retail outlets received products from the Complete Butcher Shop line in 2023, offering selected cuts prepared at the ideal trimming point to streamline butcher shop operations.
