SIAVS 2026 breaks records and consolidates itself as one of the world’s largest animal protein events

With confirmed participation from 60 countries, the trade fair will occupy 45,000 square meters and attract the leading players of the international supply chain.

São Paulo, September 30, 2025 - The International Animal Protein Exhibition (SIAVS) 2026 is already emerging as a historic milestone for Brazilian and global animal protein. The largest edition ever, the trade fair will occupy 45,000 square meters, representing a 65 percent increase compared to 2024, and firmly positions itself among the world’s largest global industry gatherings, with confirmed participation from companies and visitors from more than 60 countries.

Organized by the Brazilian Animal Protein Association (ABPA), SIAVS will take place from August 4 to 6, 2026, at Distrito Anhembi, in São Paulo, Brazil. Each edition brings together thousands of visitors from all regions of Brazil and abroad, including political leaders, authorities, international buyers, opinion leaders and professionals from across the entire production chain.

The new edition highlights the growing internationalization of the event. For the first time, major global leaders in industrial processing line equipment such as Marel, Mein and Foodmate will be present, reinforcing SIAVS’s innovative and technological profile. Another highlight is the expansion of the beef sector, which has tripled its presence, growing from 280 square meters in 2024 to more than 620 square meters in 2026, an increase of over 120 percent.

At the heart of the trade fair, more than 5,000 square meters will be dedicated to the leading poultry, pork, egg and genetics agribusiness companies, segments in which Brazil is a global benchmark for sustainable and competitive production. Alongside them, companies specializing in genetics, farm equipment, biological inputs and pharmaceutical products will complete the international showcase of solutions for the entire production chain.

“We are in the final stage of selling exhibition spaces and international demand is very strong. SIAVS 2026 is consolidating itself as a truly global event, more diverse and closely aligned with market demands, and one of the world’s largest platforms for business and innovation in animal protein,” says José Perboyre, SIAVS Business Director.

According to ABPA President Ricardo Santin, the exponential growth of the event reflects Brazil’s strategic role on the international stage. “SIAVS goes beyond borders and has become a global platform for dialogue, knowledge and cooperation. This is where the world sees Brazil as a safe harbor for food security, a reliable and essential partner for the future of animal protein.”
