On August 7, during SIAVS Talks, Juliana Batista, Technical Manager of Marketing and Technology for Poultry at Cargill Animal Nutrition, will deliver the presentation “Strategic Decisions: Transforming the Microbiota into an Indicator of Poultry Health and Performance”. The session will take place at 3:30 pm in the exhibition pavilion and will be open to the public. On this occasion, the executive will explain how Cargill uses artificial intelligence, machine learning and non conventional statistics to process poultry microbiota data, providing insights and practical recommendations. On the same day, Mario Penz, Global Director of Strategic Accounts at Cargill Animal Nutrition, will take part in the panel “Animal Nutrition”, speaking on the topic “Water Quality: Challenges and Opportunities (Producer Project)” at 9:00 am at the Celso Furtado Convention Palace.
On August 8, the panel “Applicable Technology in Agribusiness Industries” will feature the participation of Christine Maziero Castro, Global Director of Strategic Marketing and Technology at Cargill Animal Nutrition. She will address “The Challenges of the Innovation Process in the Animal Production Chain” at 9:00 am, also at the Celso Furtado Convention Palace.
