He holds a Law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo (FDUSP), obtained in 1989, and a Master’s degree (1999) and PhD (2004) in Commercial Law from FDUSP. He is a Professor at FDUSP and at FGV FGVLAW. He has experience in the field of Law, with an emphasis on Commercial Law.
