Consumption trends and pathways to sustainable production will be on the agenda of the traditional “CEOs Panel”, a flagship debate of the International Poultry and Swine Industry Show (SIAVS), the largest event for the sectors in Brazil, scheduled to take place from August 9 to 11 at Anhembi Park in São Paulo.
The panel will take place on the second day of SIAVS, August 10, and will feature the participation of the CEOs of BRF, Lorival Luz; Seara Alimentos, José Campos; Aurora Alimentos, Neivor Canton; and SSA, José Garrote. The debate will be moderated by the president of the Brazilian Animal Protein Association (ABPA), Ricardo Santin.
During the panel, leaders of the largest poultry and pork agribusiness companies in Brazil will address the strategic vision of food producing sectors in light of international demand, post pandemic challenges, and the strengthening of guidelines for sustainable management of the production sector, with a focus on global food security, as well as company plans for the coming years.
“The CEOs Panel is one of the most relevant moments of SIAVS for the entire production chain. Sustainability will be discussed from the perspective of sector competitiveness, bringing together views from companies with different profiles and operations on Brazil’s role as a global food supplier,” highlights Santin.
